Portland Police Memorial
The Memorial commemorates Portland Police officers who were killed in the performance of their official duties. The site is located just two blocks away on Waterfront Park, at the south east end of the Hawthorne Bridge. The Memorial was built through the efforts of the Portland Police Historical Society and was dedicated during Police Memorial Week, May, 1993 by President Bush.
